The Interactive Initiative for Social Impact and Dataphyte are pleased to invite journalists, media professionals, researchers, and analysts in the data journalism sector to apply for the flagship 2022 media fellowship.
DATAPHYTE seeks to highlight issues in the following sector:
- Policy-focused data-driven articles – Security, Health, Energy, Agriculture & Elections
- Climate Change and Natural Resource Governance
- Post oil revenue options for Nigeria,
- Data and Digital Privacy Advocacy.
- Special focus on less reported regions like the Northeast, South-south and Southeast is encouraged.
Who can apply?
The fellowship which will last for three months is open to all experienced Nigerian journalists and policy researchers who are able to tell data-driven stories.
The deadline for submission is 31st March 2022.
